Youth Speed, Agility & Power Program

May 6 – July 27th

These sessions are designed to teach the fundamental aspect of athleticism while emphasizing the most important part, FUN! Program includes agility and change of direction skills, first step quickness and breakaway speed, body control and balance and mastering athletic position.

Session Outline (60 mins)

  • 15 Min – Dynamic Warm Up
  • 20 Min – Speed and Agility Training
  • 20 Min – Bodyweight Strength Training
  • 5 Min – Game/Cooldown

Pricing

  • 1x/week $200 (12 Sessions)
  • 2x/week $350 (24 sessions)
