Please use the link below to schedule your free performance assessment. Please arrive 10 minutes early for the assessment, wear athletic clothing. Assessments will take 30 minutes, we will assess your mobility/flexibility, injury risk, strength, power, and speed. We will use this time to review physical strengths/weaknesses as well as personal goals for the program. If you have questions about whether the T3 program is the right fit for you, this assessment will answer those questions.
