Speed, Agility & Power Program

May 6th – July 24th

These sessions are designed to improve overall athleticism. Athletes will develop an explosive first step, linear and lateral speed, and improved agility. Athletes will receive personalized coaching for a functional strength training program dedicated to improving core strength, single leg strength and stability, and injury prevention. An emphasis will be placed on exercises designed for ACL injury prevention.


Session Outline (60 mins)

  • 10 Min – Dynamic Warm Up
  • 20 Min – Speed and Agility Training
  • 25 Min – Functional Strength Training
  • 5 Min – Cooldown/Stretch
