Summer Baseball Strength, Speed & Power Program

May 6th – July 26th

This program is designed for the elite baseball athlete who is either entering or already enrolled in college. Full assessment and Individualized workouts that are specific to baseball. These sessions are designed to keep athletes healthy while also training the body how it is used on the field. Emphasizing first step quickness, core strength and rotational power. Athletes will also have access to indoor hitting and throwing equipment including plyocare and weighted baseballs, overload/underload bats, radar gun for exit velos and velocity training.

Weekly Sessions Outline

  • 2 days of upper body strength sessions
  • 2 days of lower body strength session
  • 1 day of recovery/mobility/core session
