Dr. Jaime Garrido | PT, DPT, CSCS, USAW, TPI

Owner | Director of Sports Performance

Garrido graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dallas Baptist University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Performance and a minor in Psychology. Garrido graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2017. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He also holds certifications from United States Weightlifting and the Titleist Performance Institute.

Garrido has experience working with athletes of all ages, skill levels, and genders, including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Prior to pursuing his Doctoral degree Garrido worked as the head strength and conditioning coach at Dallas Baptist University. In this role, he was responsible for program design and implementation of sport specific training protocols for all athletic programs with an emphasis on baseball. During the 2014 season, the DBU baseball team compiled a 40-21 record, a birth in the NCAA tournament, and had 4 players drafted.

Garrido has also conducted offseason training and preparation for professional baseball players from the San Diego Padres, Toronto Blue Jay, Houston Astro, New York Yankee, Chicago Cub, Milwaukee Brewer, Los Angeles Angel, Colorado Rockie and Detroit Tiger organizations.

As an athlete Garrido competed as a Division 1 collegiate baseball player at Dallas Baptist University for two years. Prior to this Garrido played at Chandler-Gilbert CC for two seasons. During his career, Garrido was recognized as an All-Region performer, WAC All-Academic team and an NJCAA Academic All-American.

Garrido graduated from Highland High School in 2009. During his time at Highland Garrido was a 3x varsity letterman under Coach Scott Cook and twice named 1st Team All-Fiesta Region at shortstop.




Max Rossiter

Max Rossiter is a native of Gilbert, AZ and a graduate of Arizona State University in 2013 where he earned a Bachelor in Business Management from the W.P. Carey School of business.

Max attended Highland High School in Gilbert, AZ where he played baseball for the Hawks. ’07 Honorable mention and ’08 Second Team All-Fiesta Region. A 2009 Fiesta Region player of the year, 5A All-Star, Academic All-Star game, and ’09 Second Team All-State.

Max started his college career at Central Arizona College (CAC) where he played baseball for two years while earning his associates of business degree. During his career as a Central Arizona Vaquero, he received many honors including being named First Team All-Region, First team All-conference, and ACCAC Defensive Player of the Year. He was also named to the JuCo All-Star Team and NJCAA Team USA. In 2011, Max was named Central Arizona Student-Athlete of the Year and led CAC to two conference titles. His sophomore season they made it to the JUCO World Series where they finished runner-up, where he was named to the 2011 NJCAA DI JUCO World Series All-Tournament team.,/p>

Max went on to play baseball at Arizona State University where he served as the starting catcher and was named team captain his senior season. During his career as a Sun Devil, he was named Pac-12 All-Conference honorable mention twice and Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention. Also received the Tillman award and the Bobby Winkles award.

Max was chosen by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 2011 and 2012 Major League Baseball drafts respectively. However, he decided to forgo his professional career and continue to attend school. In 2013, after his senior year, he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 15th round. Although he loves the game, his baseball career came to an end as he wanted to pursue other interests.

Max looks forward to bringing his skills and dedication from on the field to T3.

Anthony Robles

Anthony Robles | CSCS

Sports Performance Coach

Anthony Robles was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an alumni of Arizona State University, graduating in 2018 with a B.S. in Exercise and Wellness, with a focus in strength and conditioning. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Anthony has experience working with athletes and clients of all ages, skill levels, and in various sports. He spent two years as a strength coach for Deer Valley High School, where he was responsible for program design and implementation, while emphasizing the increase in strength, power, speed, and mobility, while decreasing chance of injury. There, he was able to assist in advancing 5 Division 1 football commits. Anthony also has experience personal training and conducting group fitness classes for general fitness and function.

Anthony accepted a strength coach position at T3 while interning at EXOS. At EXOS he was able to assist with programming and coaching for middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes of different sports, including football, baseball, softball, basketball, hockey, soccer, tennis, and skiing. He was also able to work with various professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, and UFC.

As an athlete, Anthony spent 8 years playing football, with 2 years in middle school, 4 years in high school with 3 years on varsity, and 2 years at the junior college level before deciding to commit more of his time to become a strength coach. He has played multiple positions from linebacker/tight end to defensive end in high school and fullback in college.




Gerardo Covarrubias | CSAC, CPT

Gerardo is Originally from a small town called Winnemucca, Nevada. Graduating High School in 2010 he then attended The University of Nevada, Reno. In 2012 He moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he went on to Pursue a Career in Training.

In 2013 Gerardo, received his training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Since then He has experience training a variety of clientele. From the general population, youth athletes to adult athletes, during this time Gerardo was able to work and train with athletes from Benedictine University alongside Athletic Trainers. Gerardo also has experience with personal training and group fitness and working with physical therapy clinics for 5 years. In 2017 Gerardo, then went on to further his education by becoming an EXOS sports performance Coach and now focuses mainly on strength and conditioning for athletes of all ages. Gerardo is also certified through the National Sports Performance Association as a Certified Speed and Agility Coach.

As an athlete, Gerardo has experience playing soccer and basketball. Playing all through middle school, junior high and 4 years on Varsity. After High School, Gerardo went on to pursue Boxing where he competed at the amateur level for 4 years. Now Gerardo’s main focus is on helping athletes of all levels improve their strength, power, and overall performance.
