High School Sports Performance Program

Spring Program

This is a comprehensive 90 min long session designed for athletes of all sports. The first 30-45 minutes of the workout is spent on movement which includes, stretching, activation, active warm up, linear and lateral speed development, quickness, plyometrics (jumping), and core strengthening. The second part of the workout is dedicated to explosive power using the Olympic lifts, increasing overall body strength and various forms of conditioning. This program will help you take your game to the next level while also helping to reduce the risk of injury.

Individual Assessment & Program

  • 2x/week $425 (20 Sessions)
  • 3x/week $550 (30 sessions)
  • 4x/week $625 (40 sessions)
