The Adult Group Strength Training class, ran by Anthony Robles at T3, is a class for any and everyone of any age and skill level. The class is run by an individual that is passionate about improving the health and fitness of the general population, from those that have never worked out a day in their life to advanced gym rats. Classes Will Consist Of:

  • Generalized 10 minute warm-up.
  • Generalized 45-50 minute strength training/cardiovascular work.
